FEES & FINANCING

Consultation Fees:

The scheduling fee for a consultation is $100 plus HST.  This fee will reserve your consultation time and prevent another patient from being scheduled at the same time.

The consultation fee will be credited towards the cost of your procedure if you book a surgical date and make a deposit within 90 days of your consultation.

Cancellations must be received within 2 business days of your scheduled appointment for a refund or to reschedule your consultation.

Procedure Fees:

The fee schedule below is meant as a guide only.  The exact cost of surgery will be provided to you in the form of a printed quote after your consultation with Dr. Smith.  Every patient requires independent consideration.  The cost of your surgery is based on the estimated surgical time required for the procedure, implant costs (if required) and the complexity of your surgery.  Surgical quotes are valid for one year from the date it is printed.

Please note Dr. Smith's fees are all inclusive, there are no hidden fees.  Surgical fees, hospital operating room fees, anesthesia fees, special equipment, implant costs, post operative garment/bra, pre/postoperative care and injectable product costs are included in your quote.  All surgical fees are in Canadian dollars and are subject to HST.
