This patient in her early 60's had previously undergone breast augmentation over 30 years ago.  She had evidence of bilateral breast implant rupture.  For this reason, she underwent breast implant removal, breast implant capsulectomy and revision breast augmentation with 400cc smooth round extra full profile silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle.  The post operative photos are taken 6 weeks after surgery.
